The Rishikesh Meditation Retreat tour will take you on a journey of spiritual awakening. If you are an avid Yogi, you will be pleased to hear that the city is known for its mesmerizing views. While you are here, you should spend time meditating and practicing Yoga. The locality is also home to many monkeys, so you might want to bring ear plugs. Alternatively, you can opt for an Ayurvedic massage and spa treatment, but this is an additional cost.
To participate in a Rishikesh Meditation Retreat tour, you must have a few things in mind. The first thing is the attire. You will want to wear comfortable, loose fitting, and lightweight clothing. You may want to bring your yoga mats and a yoga mat, which is often worn on the tour. You should also bring your own yoga mat, as the classes can be intense. For a private tour, you can hire a driver.
Another option is a Himalayan Yog Ashram. This place is situated in the peaceful surroundings of the Himalayas. The Ashram offers two days of Yoga retreat in Rishikesh. The ashram has spacious yoga shalas, air-conditioned rooms, and free Wi-Fi. Its program is flexible, allowing you to spend a day exploring the city. Our Policy
Rishikesh Sadan is a traditional school for teaching of yoga and meditation To provide individual focus and attention our intake is limited to 15 students in each batch Teaching classes commence from early morning as per the schedule which may sometimes vary, any change in schedule will be communicated to the students accordingly A decent and respectful behavior is expected at all times from the students during the classes and when on the premises of the school. As per the rules and regulations of the school fees once submitted will not be refunded to the student once the student has joined the course.
Students must inform in advance if they are skipping any meal. Rishikesh Sadan follows its designed curriculum and no other practices would be encouraged which are not a part of the course. Smoking, consumption of intoxicating beverages and non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited on the premises of the school.
Rishikesh Information
Rishikesh is a sacred town nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas on the banks of the Ganges. There are restrictions on alcohol, egg, and meat. Drink only bottled water, which is readily available throughout the town.
Good medical doctor and dentist facilities are available. There is no malaria in Rishikesh
HEALING YOGA: 7:30 – 8:30 AM
The day starts with the prayer and healing yoga. The concept of healing yoga is designed to let you feel the deeper benefits of yoga according to your body requirements. Beginners Asanas (Muscle and joint relaxation), Pranayam (with theory, based on health benefits).
SAATVIC BREAKFAST: 9 – 10:00 AM
AYURVEDIC CONSULTATION / HOLISTIC MASSAGE / LECTURE ON HEALTH CARE: 10:30 – 12:30 AM
– The ayurvedic doctor diagnosis your health condition and tells you about your body constitution.
Indulge yourself into a holistic and deeply relaxing ayurvedic massage.

AYURVEDIC CONSULTANCY / HOLISTIC MASSAGE / LECTURE ON HEALTH CARE: 10:30 – 12:30 AM
a. Knowing your body type and planning your way to achieve above said six dimensional health accordingly will be the topic of the talk on second day.
b. Experience the therapeutic benefits of shirodhara on your mind to make it clearer, calm and relaxed.
c. Learn the techniques to relax your mind and to raise your consciousness by knowing the coordination between the mind and body.
SIGHT SEEING: 2:30 – 6:00PM

DAY 03: Activites:HEALING YOGA: 7:30 – 8:30 AM

It helps to release the toxins or negative traits at the physical, mental, emotional and psychological level and to restore the body with a vibrant energy.
