Rishikesh Sadan the Spiritual Retreat invites you to join 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training course and avail the opportunity to rejuvenate yourself through core traditional yoga wisdom. We conduct training in small groups with highly skilled world-class teachers in Rishikesh, India.
In this course, you will learn and experience traditional style of yoga, ancient yogic aphorism and many more yogic techniques described in the yoga textbook. Along with that discussion on various styles of modern & popular yoga practices. Indoor & outdoor yoga sessions, pranayama, and meditation are the part of the curriculum.
The 200-hour training program is a comprehensive introduction to the basics of yoga. It introduces yogic philosophy and techniques, including a unique breathing technique. The resulting workouts increase strength and balance while cultivating a sense of calm and mindfulness. The course also includes a thorough study of anatomy, so you'll gain a deeper understanding of the human body. It will also give you a foundation for postural alignment, and help you communicate this to students.
Many yoga teacher trainings will include lectures on the eight limbs of yoga, as well as the Bhagavad Gita and Hatha Yoga Pradipika. A 200-hour yoga teacher course may also include topics on karma and the principles of non-violence. Additionally, a good course will also address topics like Ayurveda, ethics, and the management of a yoga classroom.
